Tastes of Sonora Cookbook

The team that produced the original edition of the Tastes of Sonora Resort cookbook worked closely together to deliver the vision of chef Matthew Stowe. From Maria Tabuena creating the layout to editor Naomi Pauls to Sarah Leask on pre-press, I knew this would be a special project that captured the fine cuisine and exquisite experience that is Sonora Resort. Featured below is a small selection of Darren’s images from the 220 page book. The Tastes of Sonora Resort won a “Silver Sprout” award from Barbara-Jo’s Books to Cooks in 2010.
